I ordered a vanilla latte with soy milk by accident and meant to say oat milk and didn?t realize until later. The staff were... quick and friendly about the switch and kindly made me a new one with oat milk! Service here was very fast and pleasant. Willdefinitely visit again! Read more
Everything was perfect, they even removed my whipped cream. Unfortunately they substituted a grilled cheese with something with... meat for a vegetarian. This was technically my own fault. Although I did not recognize they were calling me since the call wasfrom Uber in Manitoba, caller ID did not say Uber however. I get a lot of spam calls from out of province numbers so I oftenignore them unless I?m expecting a call. Next time please use the materials to make a grilled cheese. Please learn the difference between iced and hot coffee. I don?t know if I have ever gotten the right order at this Starbucks... before and while I do not feel the need to interrupt them and get things corrected, I am getting increasingly annoyed with thelack of care almost every morning with clarifying iced or hot :) Read more

So during the week staff is awsome orders are right. Weekends the staff takes over 15 min to get through plus when I want a hot... coffee and I getnit cold or they mixed up both orders and you get home to share it with who ever and that's what we get . I'm sotired of spending money and dumping down the drain.. going elsewhere on weekends Read more
Friendly and welcoming staff. Always a smiling face to greet you! Great coffee & they always are willing to give suggestions if... you want to try something new. Upbeat staff, quick service. Even when it's busy, they try to be as quick as they can. I'm alwayshappy with my drink order! It's great to feel welcomed when they know you by name and remember you! So disappointed, my concern was the place was full of wasps and I'm allergic to them , I complained to one of the people behind... the counter she said we are working on it !!! I told her how , she said it's normal because of all of the sugar, if I get stungtoday I'll sue this place !!!!! So disappointed. Read more
