Went to this Starbucks three times. 1st time I asked for a pink drink and the people who made it did a very lazy job. The drink... wasn?t properly made and before I received my drink the lady at the drive thru swirled it around spilling it everywhere. 2ndtime I went there I decided to go inside think I would beat the drive thru turns out that it takes them 25 minutes to make adrink for one person. I was the only one in there. 3rd time I went there I asked for a double chocolate chip cookie frappe andended up getting something completely different from what I asked for. When I ordered my drink I told the cashier that I didn?twant a Java drink. The cashier completely ignored me and proceeded to put in the wrong order. Overall experience wasn?t togreat. Read more
Tired of this location they are so slow you get your drinks there always wrong. Not impressed who owns this joint.
Employees were standing around talking while only one person was preparing the drinks. Poor service, I am not impressed. My ice... coffee was filled 3/4 the way with ice, this is ridiculous. Read more
These guys are great! They had to close their store for some building renovations - I did not know it was closed and visited the... location on Tuesday. There were two baristas outside serving coffee to people like me who did not know the location wastemporarily closed. No charge for the coffee - even though I had the right change. That is why Starbucks is awesome. Fan forlife!! Read more
Great location. The staff is nice (my server was even up for a conversation while preparing my hot chocolate!) and the decor is... lovely. They have lots of seating and this really cool bench wrapping around a tree. Read more
The staff were rushing us quite a bit and being quite snippy, despite us being the only people in line and asking for a minute... to look at the menu. They then prepared us drinks that were underfilled and did not taste as they should, which we think mayhave been purposeful?
