When I went here this one rude workers actions were pretty inappropriate for a work place. I went up to go and ask for a drink... and and this really nice and kind worker was serving me and told me the price and that and I handed the money to her, but soonafter that the rude lady told the girl that it was the wrong piece and went on and said ?would you rather have a customer happyor make labour? and I think just because the nice girl made a mistake the rude lady shouldn?t of reacted like that and saidthat. I had to go back up to the counter because they forgot a lid for my drink so I asked nicely for a lid and the meanproceeded in a rude voice and said ?fine? and riled her eyes at me then gave it to. Personally I don?t think that should be thetype of worker serving people at a place like that so I?m disappointed in the service of her. Read more
Drive-thru and inside service is incredibly slow. On average, it seems to be a 15 minute wait for coffee. The Gordon... Street/Wellington location is a lot quicker and efficient! Read more
Seemed okay but the service was on the slower side. Location is good and next to a very nice park, which is great for grabbing a... coffee and going for a walk. The inside of the store seemed a bit narrow with limited seats. Read more
What can I say about these folks that hasn't probably already been said by others. Service? Excellent. The team there knows what... i want the moment they see me, and are always willing to give free water when needed. And I need it a bunch. The lemonades areto die for. Read more
