I haven?t actually been to the actual location yet, but I have consistently ordered it through a courier service. I can?t get... enough of their food, especially their Power PB Bowl! The staff also go the extra mile when preparing the food and always leavea little thank you note. Extremely small portions. The turkey avocado sandwich had very little meat on it and tasted like a simple sandwich you'd make at... home. Came with a caesar salad that took me literally 3 bites to eat. All in all it was like a $14.00 snack. So many restaurantsin Guelph being stingy on their portions, especially salads. Have visited the Cambridge store many times and when I was in Guelph a few days ago spotted the Rio Nectar sign. Was not... dissappointed. Staff was awesome, and the food had the same great quality. Would definately reccommend . Sandwich, smoothieand an acai bowl for dessert. Read more
I stopped in this past weekend after helping a friend in Guelph. I seen the Rio and knew I had to have my PB Bowl and a Banana... Mango Smoothie like I do in Cambridge! I highly recommend you try it out! Once you go, it will become one of your go-to placesto grab something to eat. I promise... Guelph is very fortunate to have Rio Nectar branch out there. They are always doingthings to help out their communities. I guess that?s what you get when a restaurant is owned by a Paramedic! Always going aboveand beyond... Until next time Rio! I have had the pleasure of eating at Rio Nectar Guelph several times. The staff are very friendly , helpful and quick to fill... your order. Acai bowls are my favorite and have never been disappointed with any food items I have had. I will definatelycontinue to revisit often. Read more
Heard from many people I had to try your restaurant and they were not wrong. You can taste the difference. I noticed I felt full... longer without feeling tired all day. Was in Guelph last week. I absolutely LOVE the food and service in Cambridge and decided to try their Guelph location. They were... able to duplicate everything. Well done Rio Nectar!
