I wasn't going to post this, but after receiving no reply about the harassment I feel that I have no choice. Message I sent on ... messenger that was originally replied to, but no follow-up once I provided my number as well as the number that was used to calland yell at me. Hello. I wanted to reach out to you because I am very disappointed and upset with my experience last week. Iused to order from the Guelph Silvercreek location alot up until late last year. Decided to try again at the end of July becausethe pizza does have an amazing taste, it just doesn't arrive hot so I have to cook it in my oven immediately upon arrival. At my6th recent order the pizza came mushy and completely undercooked which I received a replacement for. My order on August 20tharrived with hardly any cheese on the pizza. Called customer service and was offered a $5 credit. I called customer service onAugust 23rd to use the credit which seemed to be ok. After about 30 minutes I received a call from a man who screamed at me andsaid that I was never allowed to order again. He accused me of only wanting the credit when this order was bigger than theprevious. I refused the pizza when it arrived because I wasn't going to pay to be treated like that. Their pizza is amazing I love it and all my family love it it is so good . But yesterday I ordered pizza for delivery and I... asked how long it will take and the lady said one hour so I went back home to grab my purse as I forgot my purse at my friendhouse . And the guy who delivered it to he called me I told him to wait for few minutes then when I reached after few minutes . I payed and I gave $2 tip as I didn?t have any money. The guy asked me the$2 was nothing and he asked me for more tipand I told him I don?t have money after that he keep calling all night and texting me at 2 am asking me for a tip. I ordered a large pizza with 3 items today and I asked for pepperoni only so 3 times the pepperoni for my kids and I got barely... any pepperoni on it. First time I ordered at this store and I guarantee it'll be the last time. This is no pizza with 3 timespepperoni. They are cheap on making pizza. They feel sorry for their pepperoni. Read more
We ordered two large pizzas and wings from this location yesterday. The wings were very tasty, but the pizza was terrible. The... crust was super thin (we did not order thin crust) and very dry and tasteless and very light on the toppings. We used to orderfrom this place quite a bit a few years ago, and it used to be much better. About six months ago we had a similar experience,but thought it was just a bad day for the staff. I work next door and all the staff love Pizzaville!! Besides the awesome pizza, the workers are so kind. When we were new to the... plaza, the owner/GM would always come visit to see how we are doing and go out of his way to get to know us.
