Really really bad. My wife and I went in for lunch a week ago and ordered small wraps and smoothies. There was maybe five small... cubes of chicken in our pitas and the smoothies tasted really watered down. There was a lady that was really rude. While anotherlady was trying to hear us for ingredients we wanted in our pita, the lady that was being rude insisted on sweeping the floorunder the other lady?s feet. Because she kept getting interrupted, we had to repeat our order three times each pita. I love pitapit but won?t be going back to this location again. Read more
$9.99 for a large chicken Cesar salad one would expect a full bowl of romaine lettuce-which was not the case at all! Chicken,... croutons and bacon were sufficient. The dressing was way too much. It was definitely not nice meal for me. The two girlsserving seemed overwhelmed and scattered. A disappointment! Read more
I?d give it a 4 star because the awesome service & speed making a great tasting pita ????. Biggest reason for a 3 ?? is I?m... really not cool ownership keeps them understaffed & the workers running like stupid crazy especially on busy days. Maybe theowner(s) strategy is being ok with high turnover in workers to save themselves a person?s salary. Whatever the case, maybe thiswas a narrow perspective & even ignorant, but one thing you can see is how hard the workers work & running suicides from theback to the front to serve & run the whole place. Grabbed a quick lunch today and wasn't overly pleased with the staff or how they handled the food. I asked for a 'mix of all 3... lettuce' and she could not understand what I was meaning until I specified each by name. Ripped the pita while stuffing anddidn't even attempt to rolled the pita. She just folded it and placed it in the grill and then wrapped it. The staff was notrude but they were not friendly either. It seemed as though the 2 staff that were there may not have been very comfortableworking. Maybe they are new, but they should not be left without someone who can guide them effectively.
