Kicking myself for not coming here sooner.. Spicy big Mary was thick, juicy, flavourful, and the pickles were crunchy and... delicious! The plant based chicken sandwich is small but is very tasty as well, and the patty itself is just as good as KFC?soffering. The taters are also great with lots of seasoning and could definitely be enjoyed by themselves. Restaurant was cleanand staff were friendly and quick. Will be coming back for sure. Read more

Next level service! We had the great pleasure of meeting Mona and her colleagues; Prab and the chefs in the kitchen. We were... welcomed with such genuine gratitude and thanks for visiting their restaurant. Their attention to detail was like nothing Ihave seen from another like-restaurant, ever! The food was mouthwatering and fresh. We picked up the 13 piece feast and withrecommendations got it half spicy half regular, wow, the spicy packed a punch, but in all the best ways; tingly yet not burnyour mouth off, and the crispness of the chicken was so delicious....much better than the "other southern gentleman" you knowwho! The coleslaw, which we were advised is made in-house, was so crisp, fresh and cooling, it was such a lovely complement tothe chicken. The taters were outstanding, even after the 20 minute drive home, they were not soggy at all. The worst Mary Browns I have ever been to. I have visited a few times now in hopes that it will get better but have learned my... lesson. Yes, this is a new store on Clair and Gordon but the quality is garbage compared to the other locations in Guelph. TheStore is also not as clean like the others in Guelph which is sad because its a Brand New location. The quality of food here isdifferent and poor, these owners have squished the chicken patties flat and have made them so incredibly thin and tasteless itsunreal, completely ruined the Big Mary sandwich. Just bought 3 Big Mary's for myself and friends and AGAIN they are thin, chewyand tasteless. When confronting the lady at the front she just said "uhh sorry maybe be better next time" Who in a customerservice position says that? Will Never return to this location! Horrible service and food. The first thing that will jump out at you is the store appears to almost be backwards as the entrance is on the streetside, not... the parking lot side. stoThe The modern and clean interior looked great but the few dirty tables and drinks on the floor inthe backroom show there is a little room for improvement. The store was empty when we entered and the service was veryfriendly. While the staff weren't as accommodating as other locations with substitutions they do try hard, including carryingout meal to us in the seating area, versus just calling our name and having us retrieve it. As for the food it was very freshand tender. To echo what others have said, this location does need to get the seasoning right as it was lacking a little. Read more
All my visits, the staff who served me were very nice and helpful. Sometimes I have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my order. In... this picture, I ordered (9 Piece Feast) 9 Piece Chicken Regular, 1 Large Taters, 1 Medium Gravy, 1 Medium Coleslaw or Macaroni &Cheese. I also ordered a 4 Piece Meal - 4 Piece Regular Chicken, 1 Small Taters, 1 Small Coleslaw and a Drink. Everything wasgood. They do have Kid's menu. Their chicken has big pieces of Breast, Wings, Legs and Thighs. They do have a small areawhere you can sit down to eat. They have tables and chairs. They do have a table in the middle and next to the window withhigh chairs. They do have Restrooms and Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. They have free parking with Wheelchair AccessibleParking Lots at the back of their restaurant. Sharing with other stores & restaurants. Read more
