We are very very disappointed from the cake that we received on my Son?s birthday today. It has no toppings inside the cake as... it used to be. Also it had very little amount of toppings on the top only - nothing inside. The ice cream was not THE BEST intaste also. They increase the price. We are the old customers of this store as we get all cakes for all our occasions from herefrom last few years. It used to be fully loaded with the toppings and flavours. We get each bite with full of toppings. We paidthe full amount so we deserve to get the fully loaded cake too. Nobody liked the cake this time. It was waste of money. Thecake is still sitting in our freezer. It ruined my son?s birthday party. We need management to look into this and replyus. Thanks Read more

WORST experience I?ve ever had. Me and my friend went to this location and waited 45 minutes for ice cream because their debit... machine wasn?t working properly. After I waited almost an hour for ice cream the worker said it was only cash, which I had noneon me. The manger said there was nothing they could do and refuse to give us the ice cream. The workers had nothing to say andwas ignoring all the customers when we tried to talk to them. We should have been given the ice cream for free after waiting forthat long. I?ve never received such bad customer service in my life and will not be returning. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldgive 0 stars if I had the option. Do not go here. Read more

Ive seen a lot of 1-star and 2-star reviews and this is my take on the experience. I went in this evening and I feel like... they?ve improved on their customer service but it still could be better. People were right about the waffle, it was not thatgreat. Another major concern was that it?s too expensive, this is also true, prices don?t reflect the quality. This is surely agreat ice cream place but they need to improve. Nevertheless I?ll still go there again! This is my full 3-star review. Read more

Very great place to get ice cream in Guelph! Their cream is made with real milk, and the prices are great for how much ice cream... you get. Very neat idea where you can customize your cone and put things like Skor, marshmallows, gummy bears, etc. into yourice cream. I suggest getting tubs of ice cream there from instead of from the grocery store. Reason I am giving 4/5 stars isbecause their customer service can improve. Read more
