Cashier absolutely awful. Takes forever to take your order, even after acknowledging you multiple times. Food also took forever,... when not busy. Store prioritizes Uber Eats orders before in store customers orders, so anyone walking in will be waiting awhile. Cashier more concerned with talking to kitchen then taking customers orders. Overall not worth coming to, better offgoing to another KFC. Read more
I've been here many times doing takeout. The food I ordered is 6 pieces of chicken with two sides. The food was very good. ... The staff, that served me were very pleasant and helpful. They do have wheelchair accessible entrances, washrooms withaccessible entrances and two accessible parking lots. There is only one side for parking. They don't have a drive through. I got a deal of 4 tenders, 2 popcorn, 2 fries today and since I saw they were having problems with the customer before me I... figured I should check. The deal was for 2 people, but they threw everything on top of each other in box and right away Inoticed there was only 1 popcorn chicken so I walked back from the car and told her so she went back to get me another one. Ialso checked under everything and realize they gave me 1 and a corner of a tender instead of 4 pieces so she went back again andgave me 2 little ones to add and never replaces the corner which is not even a piece. My kids like the tenders but it's a matterof luck you might get a crusty corner or an actual piece you never know what you get. I told her those are not pieces and shesaid sorry and kept staring at me. I said you're not sorry because you're not doing anything about it and just kept staring atme. The staff at Wellington location has been horrible for the past few years and they keep hiring people that just don't care. Read more

Ordered delivery from this location recently and I have no positive comments. Delivery took well over a hour and when we called... to ask if our food had left the store yet at the hour mark we were told to just wait 5 minutes and hope it's there and theemployee hung up. Once the food was delivered the food fell through the bag due to the way they packed it and our fries (boxincluded) were soaked in gravy. Never again will I order from this location again and hope for anyone else that chances it thatyou get at least sub par service since it's not something I received. Read more
Where are they keeping the other half of the chicken thighs. Why are they taking the chicken thigh bone out of a chicken thighs... and half the meat. It seems this is all across Canadian KFC's. You pay for a whole thigh but you only get half of it there'smore meat on the chicken drumstick than there is the thigh now. No one seems to have the answer to this question. $10.72 for athree-piece combo. doesn't seem worth it now. Especially when you're paying for a whole piece of chicken you only get half ofit. Never ever go to this location. Made a mobile order and arrived on time only for them to say they will now make the food. Upon... voicing a complaint about service they began to racially discriminate against me because they thought I couldn?t not understandtheir language.
