I really like Harvey's! I'd never eaten there before but we got some coupons in the mail and decided to try it. You get to... customize literally every burger you order, even in the drive through. I remember when Harvey's employees made your burger, etc. as you requested. Sadly those days are gone. I requested my onion... rings extra well done at cash. Got them just cooked (as usual) Had to send them back. Then the employee making our burgers said"we have our own way of making them" ... with condiments only on the outside edge. I requested some in centre ... she then addedmore on the outside. She piled the pickles in a pile vs covering the burger. This restaurant is consistently poor. My wife, infant daughter and I were heading back home to Kitchener after visiting my brother and his fiancee and needed to stop... to feed the baby. Got some food and a drink, and 20 minutes later, the van wouldn?t start. With no request for help at all, 3employees came out and offered to help with jumper cables. One got their car over to us while another stayed outside with us andwaited while the van got boosted. One fantastic display of generosity later, and we were back on the road!
