Unique style! Came by for first time with my boyfriend.. The staff was very friendly and care to explain the menu for us. We had... a strawberry bubble waffle with ice cream inside.. The ice cream was very tasty and you can actually taste the strawberries inthe waffle. We also had a craffle waffle créeme brûlée which was our favourite! ???? I just want to say that I came here for a ice cream waffle, milk tea, and croffle. There was a very rude lady and guy that... showed up who were upset that this incredibly busy team wasn't fast enough at their jobs. This place was PACKED. Just want toshout out to the three working tonight. You guys are awesome and keep being awesome! Thank you for providing the best serviceyou can during a Friday University rush! I've been here 3 times since this establishment first opened in Guelph. I am satisfied with the staff and the cake. I love the... cake-scented atmosphere of this place. However the minus point is that the drinks are not what I expected. It's not bad, but itdoesn't have the milky taste I'm used to. Read more
Just got 5 Drinks today all different flavours and all had different toppings. This place is amazing usually my drinks are... messed up some how but this place always gets it done right especially when they were in a rush it was all done quick and right!Nice interior as well. Read more
Very happy Gong Cha finally opened in Guelph. Went on a Saturday rainy night. Very nice location and ambience. The bubble tea... was great and love the sample ice cream, very yummy and just the right sweetness. However the bubble teas I ordered with 50%sugar tasted like regular sugar levels, had ordered two bubble teas in a single order but was delivered almost like separateorders. Still in early days so I'm sure the service will only get better. Will definitely be back and looking forward to an evenbetter experience. Update Nov 12: My second visit, Nov 12 to Nov 18 is buy one get one free for their top 10 drinks. Thesweetness level is great now and the order of two drinks was delivered as expected, which is together. The bubbles are verytasty. Also loyalty points are here as well. 5 Stars! Read more
So happy another bubble tea store opened up in Guelph! Ordered the brown sugar oolong milk tea with 2J and a royal milk tea with... pearl which were both really good! Chewy pearls without the dry, doughy centre! Also tried out the strawberry bubble cake. It'snot pink, but the strawberry flavour is really noticeable, I recommend it if you like the flavour! The inside is decorated liketypical, cool hangout cafe. The staff are really nice and quick. Hope they stay open for a long time! It's looking like a greatplace to hang out downtown! Read more
It's my first time ordering from Gongcha. I think I misunderstood the menu or something because I was given the wrong drink at... first. They were kind enough to remake it. Thank you! It is the tastiest bubble tea I've had in a long time! ???? I want todrink it again! I think I would recommend having a paper menu on the counter since the digital screens change so frequently.
