Tried their food thrice in the last week. Ordered lamb rogan josh, chicken mulligatawny soup on ubereats. Both were good,... specially the rogan josh. Then one day tried their chicken biriyani. We went here yesterday with few friends and enjoyed the great ambient of the restaurant. I was not in love with the food but it... was not too bad. Their naan were good but dosa paper and masala didn’t had salt and they were also not hot when it was served.But we didn’t complain them or ask them to replace it for us so I can’t blame the restaurant as well. I came here last night with a large group without giving enough notice but they were able to accommodate all of us and were able... to give us our food in a timely fashion. The food was amazing, the flavor was very authentic and the quantity was a lot morethan what we expected. Their customer service is also unbeatable, the staff was very friendly and accommodating for people inour group who had dietary restrictions. We arrived close to closing time but they didn't rush us like most places do, they werevery patient and made sure that we were happy with our food. Next time I'm in Guelph I would definitely visit Fusion again. Read more

The customer service is good but food is not that good. We ordered karahi paneer and it looked like mix vegetable n paneer mix.... The gravy is orange with no taste at all. Chicken 65 was very dry and looked like it was marinated long time ago. Read more

Ordered on their website (for delivery) at 6:19pm The food arrived close to 8pm. Called them a few times to inquire. The first... guy said delivery guy is on the way. Called again 30 mins later and the girl said “let me talk to delivery guy and call uback”. She did not call us back lol. We were still optimistic about the food though (we understand there can be delays indelivery). Unfortunately, food was sub-par. Me and my family had a great time at Fusion yesterday. It’s THE BEST authentic Indian and Kerala restaurant in Guelph. Amazing... ambiance, great customer service and the most important thing the TASTE is delicious to say the least. Egg curry (mappas) withparotha was the best we had. Egg curry was simply wow.
