Use to order from this place a lot, but recently their phone line got taken down and replaced by a call center. Ever since then... service here has sucked. Places an order that was estimated for 45 mins, after 1 hour and a half of waiting I call CS, and theyinform me my order wasn't even started yet. Fast forward another 45 mins the order finally arrives and the delivery guy had theaudacity to blame me for "not placing the order". Didn't receive any compensation for the wait time that tripled the originalestimate. Read more
