I got the wrong order and when I complained that i got the wrong order the girl named Simran (picture attached) she said... mistakes happen and never apologized. I asked her that i want to talk to the manager and after few minutes she said i am themanager.Moreover, she said I won?t say sorry. Why do you want to hear sorry ? I just wanted to talk to the manager and shestarted fighting in the store. She is such an unprofessional, manner less worker with zero customer service. Also, she waswearing mask but not covering her nose with it as seen in the picture. When i pointed out, she said that?s my choice. If youcan?t give satisfactory customer service then why?re you running a business? Disgusting staff. Read more
Halloween night is probably one of the busiest nights of the year. I totally get that and I expected long wait times. I ordered... at 5pm for pickup and was told 30-40 min. I waited two hours at the store for my pizza. I missed half of Halloween with my kids.The staff was hustling and the pizza was good but wish they had of quoted realistic wait time. Unfortunately I'm tired of receiving under cooked PIZZA! I ask for well done every order(now I have gone back and I have made... the mistake of not asking for well done. I admit that) I have no idea why they can't make a well done pizza when it's clearly onthe order and they are to follow orders. I have been a long time customer at the 585 Eramosa Rd location. Very disappointing!Now on the other hand there are a couple of really great drivers and I enjoy seeing them. WAKE UP PIZZA MAKERS!???? Pizza was good service was not I'm a repeat customer and I was disappointed with the service. As usual I called in and repeated... my phone number 3 times then was disconnected.
