Restaurant looks fancy and the food was good, however the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Took my wife and less... than two year old daughter out for dinner to celebrate a special occasion. We informed the hostess we wanted to do all you caneat, instead of welcoming us she looked at us up and down and told us the price. Not sure why that?s the first thing you saywhen the customer didn?t ask but we said, ok no problem. Then she told my wife the child is separate to which my wife said webrought our own snacks for her cause she?s under two and has food allergies. Once we were seated, we setup our daughter on thehigh chair at the end of the table with her bowls and food so the staff can see and proceeded to place our order. They have agood selection for all you can eat and quality was good as well. While in the middle of dinner we believe the manager/owner cameover to help clear some plates but was basically throwing them in the bin clearly with attitude, unsure why we thanked her andgot no response. Fast forward to the end, we got the bill which was basically thrown at us and saw that they charged mydaughter despite her not eating and us clearly having brought her own food for her. We asked the manager/owner why she wascharged, her response was ?well she was here?. I didn?t see the other negative reviews prior to coming here but what othershave said about how they treat you if you have children or being judged at the door, all happened to us as well. Hands down worst dinner experience in at least five years. I finished eating early, the waiter came and removed my dessert... selection from the order saying if I eat dessert now everyone will have to stop eating their dinner. I had to wait like a childat school or bible camp. There was no exceptions to their rule. The bill came to our table before we were done eating. It was aquiet night. We were one of four tables in and I?m not sure why the rush. No one asked if we were done. The waitress leaned herhair and work clothes across and over our food to clear table for end of service. It?s not horrible she wanted to clean but yousimply don?t lean over food people are actively eating. And most importantly, sushi craftsmanship was shabby, rolls weredifferent sizes, no pride in presentation. Taste was average, nothing special. Read more

Had a lovely lunch here with my family. Food came fast. Servers were funny, yet didn't waste your time. The ordering system was... nice, and allowed everyone to get what they wanted. It's also very close to University of Guelph, making it a nice place tochill with friends. I really enjoyed it, and recommend others visit this place too. My boyfriend and I have come here for years and always have a had a great experience. Unfortunately today was different. We sat... down for the ?all you can eat? experience. We ordered two appetizers, 4 rolls and a desert. The appetizers were lovely , we werethen served our rolls and dessert. Dessert was great however we were unable to eat our rolls. Each roll came with a chemicallysmell and taste. We tried bites of multiple to confirm and found ourselves unable to continue. We in total each had 2 scallops,2 mussels, 2 fried milk cubes and a bite of each roll. We immediately brought this to the servers attention and after let herknow we were ready to go as we heard our neighbour table having issues as well. She brought us a $94 bill. We let the managerknow we would be happy to pay for the food we ate but didnt think we should pay for the ?all you can eat? experience as we couldnot enjoy our food and we?re only sat for 20 minutes. The manager refused and took $9 off our our bill telling us that was ?thebest he could do?. We are disappointed in today?s experience as we were not taken care of fairly. Read more

They were very fast with the orders. I had a wonderful all you can eat sushi experience. The White Tuna Sashimi was so... delicious. They have a huge variety of foods. They had great dessert options as well. I really enjoyed the Creme Brulee. Read more

Food was delicious. Presentation was perfect. Service was great. Reason for my three star is charging dinner for lunch AYCE -... $42.00/ea. Host did make it clear before seating us the price, however we were still in shock. For $42.00, I expected pop beincluded in that price?but to charge extra for a can of pop?wow.
