I had a great meal in Cambridge and was looking forward to trying out the Guelph location. Man. We were just eating... appetizers, the guacamole and chips were fresh and super tasty. The wings were reminiscent of Turtle Jacks roasters back in theday (og Brampton). I ordered some hot and medium and they were both the right amount of kick. Probably the best service out of all the restaurants along Stone. The poutine here is a bit of a hidden gem that I highly... recommend - curds are a little soft and not squeaky BUT the gravy + fries are really good and the scallions on top areperfect. The salumi flatbread is my favourite app, and I also really enjoyed the limeade. The place is clean with fun sports barvibes. Great location for our conference's mixer and reception. It's located close to a mall, looks good from the outside and is clean... and modern inside. We enjoyed a selection of beers (quite extensive) and appetizers - nachos, dips, pizza. There is outdoorseating, some of it under cover. Read more

I'm a Beertown regular and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the restaurant. Last night, however, my expectations... were exceeded with the amazing service my boyfriend and I experienced. Our waiter, Dylan, offered us the most attentive, kind,and helpful service we have ever had not only at Beertown but at any restaurant. With only a minor miscommunication over theorder of one of our entrees, he immediately came over to assure us things were being fixed and even gave us a free brownie andan extra fish taco was thrown in by the manager. The small mistake was no big deal to us, but the combination of the outstandingservice between he and the manager made our experience especially memorable.... and of course for the delicious food (asalways). Family of 5 went to visit grandpa and grandma in Guelph. 7 of us decided to dine at Beertown. It’s the grandparents first... visit at Beertown. The teens had a great time catching up with the grandparents. Restaurant still have the new modern look andfeel to it since the opening prior to the pandemic. . Lunch time had a bit of traffic for a warm Saturday, however we did notwait long to be seated. Waitress introduced herself, took the orders and checked on us couple times which was perfect as it gaveus time to enjoy the environment, enjoy the meal and enjoy the family time without much interruptions. Food was portioned well,all main dishes were $19 and up (this is the normal price everywhere you go since Pandemic). Tuna bowl was colourful anddelicious but a bit sweet. NY steak was medium well when I requested for medium rear, but the well done was great for grandpa. Grandma and one of the teen ordered fish & chips which was good. The Mac & cheese was interesting with extra unexpectedingredients I may say ????. I had the pad Thai, it was favourable, very North Americanized and a little sweet. Dessert: wasabout $10 per dessert. The cheesecake was delicious cascaded with fresh raspberries drizzled with fresh sauce. We also orderedice cream, a scoop cost about $6.. nothing special, I personally think it was pricey for reg scoop of ice cream. This was our first time here and we could not have had a better time. All the staff were so friendly and the space itself is so... welcoming! I was amazed at the sheer number of drink options and had to get a flight. What was more incredible was how good thefood was, we were genuinely not expecting that! We each got a burger and they were just so good. Didn’t expect much out of theside salad but it might have been the best side salad I’ve ever had! They definitely didn’t skimp on ingredients, so thepricing makes sense. We’ll be coming back next time with friends! Read more

Great place for brunch, lunch or just catching your favorite Sports game on their multiple TVs. Went there for brunch, tea and... Coffee were okay. The chicken & waffles were not bad. First time there tonight! It was busy but the staff kept things moving at a good pace, didn’t have to wait long for service... and the waitress was really helpful for our first time there. My boyfriend wasn’t sure which beer to go with so she gave himsome samples to help him decide. The food was absolutely delicious. Presentation was nice and the wait times were not long atall. Will definitely be back! Especially for the patio which looked really nice from the inside (still a bit too cold for myliking to sit outside). Read more
