Grundy Hardee's ordered a sandwich in drive threw. By time I got my sandwich I was a year old what that what!
Pulled up to a very busy Drive Thru, decided to go inside to order, got inside at 12:48 PM, emerged with food at 1:20 PM, both... Hamburgers were on the verge of cold, one order of french fries were cold and one hot. Nobody would acknowledge you at the frontcounter and they have a young man there named Anthony that truly needs to pick another career or they need to use him in anotherfacet other than working a register, maybe outside clean up or grease trap cleaning would be a better place to put him. I like my food hot but it's not always the case at this Hardee's. After going back two times my burger was closer than the first... time melt the cheese get off your phone when you work be more productive if your going serve the public. Read more
I?ve went here for years but recently they have taken a nose dive. Don?t order a large Mac n cheese because you will get the... small size either way. I?ve had hotdogs and burgers with onions left on specifically after I?ve asked them to remove them, evenwith it printed on the receipt. But today topped it all. I ordered a bacon beast which only came with meat and bacon. Eventhough it is depicted on the menu with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. no deluxe option or anything that I could see. I replacedmy fries with the Mac n cheese thinking it?s a small so I shouldn?t be shorted any. Then they gave me a half full small cup. Ifyour going to eat here be weary of what you get. Read more
Horrible service, slow as a snail. Make sure you remove the sticker that they put on your bag in the name of preventing COVID,... it's real purpose is to keep you from checking the contents of your bag cause your order will more than likely be wrong. Whenthey mess up your order, they try to blame you for it and will not try to make it right. If I have to drive all the way back tothe restaurant because of an incorrect order, I would expect at the very least a friendly staff and to try to make it rightinstead of getting an attitude and trying to turn it around on you. It could have been better. No smiling or friendly faces to speak of, and after waiting 15 minutes, they forgot my fries. But I... didn't notice til I was at home getn ready to eat. But it happens. I understand that. Read more
