This place is the opposite of fast food, a simple order of chicken took approximately 30 minutes to order and receive food, even... the door dash people had to wait about ten minutes to get their order and it was sitting in the ready bag. You would probably bethinking there were a lot of customers in line, no there was two orders in front of me and all of us had to wait a long time toreceive our orders. Nice place but apparently they need help. Read more

No coke, no Dr Pepper, no milk, no chocolate milk, no apple juice, no cocktail sauce, no sweet heat sauce, and half the time... they don?t have any food. You wait about 30 minutes for food and after you wait they say they don?t have half the stuff. Saucepacks (hot sauce, etc) are all busted open and they throw them in your bag. This place is probably the worse place in town toget any food. Read more

I?ve been to every last Popeyes in the CSRA and this location by far is the best one. I?ve visited frequently since they opened.... The staff has always been so courteous and polite regardless of day or shift! The food is always fresh and hot. It does take aminute to get your food but with the customer service they provide and taste of the food?I don?t mind waiting! Thank you GTPopeyes employees ???????? Read more

Just ordered off of DoorDash. First off, it took too long. Second, they forgot napkins, forks, straws and my sauce. Nor did we... get our full 8 pieces of the shrimp we paid for. These are the basics and it seems that this couldn?t even be accomplished. Ienjoy eating at Popeyes but the service and attention to detail at this particular location is lacking heavily. This isn?t thefirst time either as my wife had a similar experience when she ordered dinner for the house one night. Get it togethermanagement. Read more

Keep in mind this happened 2 hours before closing so there really is no excuse for all this. To start out I tried to order a... sandwich, she told me they were out of filets. So I ordered a strip combo (that somehow doesn't come with a drink) I order asprite. She tells me they are out of everything but mellow yellow. I just settle and tell her that's fine. I get to the windowshe hands me a drink with no ice, she said they had no ice. I drive home (less than 5 minutes). The strips and biscuit arealmost room temperature, no where near hot. Definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a Popeyes and that is truly sayingsomething. The only positives, the Mac and cheese was delicious and the staff were nice. Read more

Nice, newer store. Looked clean and modern. The guy that took my order at the counter was friendly and I got my order quickly... enough. Unfortunately, the popcorn shrimp I ordered were awful! Hard as a rock like they had been sitting under a heat lamp fordays on end. The biscuit was on point, and fries were fine. But those popcorn shrimp. . . Never coming back. Read more

The wait time for a two piece chicken dinner was 35 minutes. The manager was very slow and didn't help much. The only good... thing about this was that the chicken was good. I would recommend not going here if your in a hurry or hungry. Read more

Listen closely. I decided to venture to this brand new, simply beautiful Popeyes to have lunch. I already have to wait at the... Belair location for 20-25 minutes some days so I figured, why not try this location. It can?t be any worse than Belair, right? One thing I realize is this. No matter how you dress a location, If the service is poor, there will be no good word of mouth tocome of it. I?ve listed some things that can drastically SAVE this store below: 1. The food is always good and it?s a shamebecause I?m more than likely willing to wait for the flavor. Imagine if the food was out the door like Chic Fil A. 2. Why wastesuch a beautiful store with absolutely poor service. 3. When a customer walks into the store, acknowledging them is extremelyimportant. Eyes - Mouth. Let the customer know you see them by actually looking at them, and then speak pleasant words to themso they can get all giddy and buy a couple more apple pies. 4. If you have a restaurant full of people and five customers in arow ask for straws and napkins, check to see if your stations are fully stocked. 6. Don?t sit in the counter with your back tothe lobby. 7. Sweep and clean the eating areas. Please understand I love Popeyes and I believe this store has potential.Unfortunately it doesn?t work like that in America. You better get the service right or the competitors will eat you alive.
