Terrible Terrible service!!! Need to be shout down , ordered at 5:30 I was told that my order will b here in 35 mins , it's 7:45... and I'm still waiting. I was told the driver left the order at the store and they will be bringing it out HOT , FRESH and by aMgr. SMDH !!!!!! AND I'M STILL WAITING ( its 8:37 ) they'vecalled twicebut still NO DAMN FOOD . The manager on duty today at this location has repulsive customer service and does not represent the PizzaHut franchise well. ... My UberEats driver was given the incorrect order by the servicing female worker, after being provided with my order number andname. I called the manager on duty currently and he was very belligerent and not accommodating nor accountable for the storespoor customer service. I think higher management needs to provide training on how to be professional in the work place whendealing with paying customers and that the manager on duty, effective time/date now should be the first retrained. Also the foodprovided in the incorrect order was cold and burnt. Not fit for anyone to eat. The only reason a star was given is because thecomment wouldn?t post otherwise. Read more

We moved, so naturally our Pizza store is new to us. The Grovetown-Harlem store is excellent. We must live down the street... because we never get piping hot pizza in other cities where we lived. This one was by far the best pizza we've ever had in along time. Kudos to Pizza Hut! Read more
My husband and I stopped by for lunch. I was craving the delicious cheese sticks that I've always loved to get from Pizza Hut.... The employees were preoccupied & unprofessional, but we didn't even care about that. We got our 2 orders of cheese sticks andwe were so disappointed. It was literally bread sticks, & looked as if they just threw a blob of cheese in the center. So 3/4 ofthe 'cheese' sticks didn't even have cheese on them Read more
The pizza was fresh and baked just right, not doughy and not over cooked and burnt. When I arrived to pick up my order the... gentleman opened each box for me to review that the order was correct. One of my pies was not what I ordered so he promptly hadmy ENTIRE ORDER remade so that all the food was warm and fresh. This was a great customer experience despite the small mix upand I plan on returning to this location in the future. Thank you! Read more
It was a long time since I ordered food at a pizza hut and today I remembered why. Very burnt pizza, and 50% alfredo pasta was... very hard, that is to say toasted. It is very important that the food reaches our customers hot, that is why we overcook ituntil it burns very well. a shame Read more
Awful customer service. My order was screwed up twice. The remake of my order was supposed to be delivered and never was... delivered, although I was told a driver was in route( I was told by Chase, the assistant manger, a driver was in route ).Chase, the manager on duty was rude and his customer service skills were awful. I complained?because I was upset about my orderbeing screwed up twice. Instead I was told I was gonna be put on the do not order/ do not call list by Chase (AssistantManager). Poor customer service?Especially when it was their screw up twice! Very disappointed with how this situation washandled. I will be calling upper management.
