Updated 10/29/22 Counter clerk was friendly and sccurate this time. However that being said, there aren't enough staff during a... Saturday lunch out the counter. (Just one clerk) in addition my husband ordered country potato soup At 1230 pm you would thinkit would be prepared. NOT. It was in a frozen state like a rock and wouldnt be ready for a long time!! Cook staff needs to learnto be prepared!! Its not like they are making the soup from scratch!! They ask you, you tell them and then they say they didnt hear you. Some of the counter girls smirk at youwhen you call for the manager who blows things off as no big deal. They will NEVER apologize to you!! I have emailed theregional manager twice and nothing has changed. Not a fun experience. Part of the meal is always missing!! (Crackers, butter,cookies) Most of the time you are short silverware!! Then you have to wait at the counter and your meal has gotten cold! Whospreads sour cream and butter on a baked potato with a spoon?? Seriously!! Staff are too busy playing around in their ownconversations not work related and dont tend to customer needs. The seasonal fruit cup needs to improve. They are serve melonobviously cut right next to the rind!! And it seems like youre getting the scraps of leftover fruit!! Tiny slivered pieces thatshould have been thrown out!! Honestly why pay for an upgrade to get the fruit cup when this is what you get?? And the cookiesfor kids plates are rock hard and often seem like they are full sized ones that have been broken. Is that even sanitary?? Read more
the club was fantastic! the pepper jack turkey on chibatta was flavor filled! the potato salad was banging but the broccoli was... a bit disappointing.. tea was wonderfully sweet and facility was clean! Read more
Great subs and sandwiches good sides to order. Great family place to dine, with a good kids menu. Friendly staff and pleasant.... Very clean and well stocked with enmity. Great menus for lunch or a gathering. Read more
Parking is too narrow for suvs. Handicapped spaces only 2. Asked for the New Yorker to not have corned beef, only pastrami, got... corned beef. Asked for no spicy brown mustard, got it. Asked for 2 extra pickles, didn't get. We ordered strawberry syrup in ourlemonade, only to be charged for the syrup and given premixed lemonade? Nice bathrooms. Read more
Not the best experience here. The ladies at the front were rushing for me to order, so I panic chose. I went with a grilled... chicken ceaser salad. It had strong, nasty smelling odor, and the chicken was gross. My boyfriend had the French dip sandwichthing, and he had to pull all of the meat out of it because it was too tough and not that great tasting. $30 something dollars,and it was wasted. The sweet tea was on point, and so is the Mac & cheese! Read more

Whatever it lacked in presentation was made up for in taste and quality. We ordered through the app from our table. Out food was... brought to us sooner than the estimated time. Staff was friendly and the food was soooo goood! This was my first time visiting,I can?t wait to come back! Read more
