Normally my visits are good but this one was a bit off. Longer wait than usual. Ordered a hot dog. It was tough but okay.... Husband was still waiting on Frisco burger that supposedly had to be cooked but it was not hot once he rec'd it. Then I wantedthe new peach/cream cheese pastry and they dropped apple pies instead, so I had to wait even longer. It was good though. Thenthey forgot the fries and they were not even hot. Absolutely the worst place to try to get breakfast. Sat in line for 15 minutes just to get told to pull up. Sat for another 5,... before I got irritated and went inside. Asked for the manager and was told he is in the restroom. Waited another 10 minutes, henever showed. So I asked for a refund. Thirty minutes of my day wasted all over a steak biscuit. The whole staff needs to bereplaced or just shut it down. This is not the only bad experience I've had at this location. Read more
I like Hardee?s food. Unfortunately the service here absolutely sucks. There is no day that is better than others. The staff... have no patience. They have tried multiple times to tell me an order is mine when it?s clearly not. And get annoyed when theyneed to make my correct order. I have also left the place with missing items more items than is acceptable. I won?t be cominghere. I?ve given this place too many chances. I might try again in year to see if they?ve changed the staff. The only good thingabout this place is the food is always hot and they have a good health food rating. Read more
An employee tried to fight me today 08-17-2022 she was very rude in drive threw I went in to talk to manager and the young lady... began to call me out my name and tired to fight me my fries was cold and drink was hot the manger put the young lady in theoffice but I feel like something needs to be done if I?m spending money .. Chicken was over fried and small. Onion rings also over fried. Fries and burger are ok. Lady didn't note down order correctly.
I got the French Toast Sticks Breakfast. Get all the way to work (12.5 miles away) no syrup in the bag at all. A load of... butter no syrup. Call the site Mgr and get excused but no offer to compensate whatsoever. Not even come back and get it or wewill replace. No Breakfast this morning and it was money wasted. The attitude of the Mgr. Crisy, sweet and savory chicken and waffles!! Coke was refreshing and the tots were piping hot. Breakfast was on point and the... lady who took our order was very pleasant. Highly recommend this Hardees. Read more
After years of visiting this place I'm changing my rating and not going back. The last several visits something has been missing... or wrong in my order, so this time I decided to pull up from the drive-thru and check my. One breakfast biscuit was wrong andone meal was missing entirely. I went back in and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager, she was extremely rude andchastised me because the hash browns had spilled in the bag... Saying it made it very hard for her to tell what was in the bag.I welcomed her to pull it all out and see what was missing and wrong. She continued with her bad attitude, ultimately she gaveme the missing sandwich and hash browns but did not correct the wrong sandwich. To say she did not have people skills as anunderstatement she should not be working in the public. And it's no wonder they can't get the food and the bags right if she'stheir leader. Read more
