Sandwich was ok. Place was run by 4 school age kids. They seemed more interested in each other than customers.

I ordered online and was given a time for pick up but when I got to the restaurant, the time was changed to the next morning.... The crew fixed my sub anyway and it was delicious ????. Thanks again for taking care of my order. I really appreciate it! Read more

I have came here 5 times prior to this review and each time I have left incredibly satisfied with each dinner. Fast and... accurate, I will be coming more often. Yum yum fresh! Read more

Very disappointed with my first-time experience at this location. My sub was made incorrectly. I called immediately and was told... the next time I come in, they would do a remake. When I went to have the remake done, I was told it was past the 2-week mark andthey would not fill the order (I NEVER heard of such a thing, especially considering I still had my receipt and employee'sname). Anyway, I called corporate and was assured someone from the store would call. Since that time, TWO MORE WEEKS HAVEPASSED!!! I have yet to receive a call. Oh well. I'm hopeful others have a more pleasant experience. They have lost a fewcustomers behind this so-called 2-week policy of theirs. Read more

First off they were out of pickles ughhhh that's the best part. Second it was like subway tge bread was not fresh and it was... soggy. I also got the Mac and cheese and we'll I could have made it better. So I tried it but won't go again. Read more

I always order via the app, but every time I order on the app my order is NEVER correct. My husband's order is a turkey and... cheese sub plain and cold, no pickle on the side, and some how they always seem to mess up the order, not only is his incorrectmine also, which is just turkey ham and cheese with lettuce and mayo. Simple. The last time I was fed up so I called andsupposedly spoke with the manager on duty, he stated that he would write my name down so next time the sub would be free, notboth but the turkey sandwhich, which I was fine with. The next time I went in the lady stated my name wasn't in the book. Sonow I have 2 issues my order was not only incorrect but apparently the manager lied as well. Atp I would rather travel furtherfor a different location, or just choose another sub shop all together. Oh yeah not to mention I left feedback via the app andmy concern was never addressed. I have eaten here before and it was typical of what you expect at a Firehouse franchise. Today 6/9/2022 phoned in just after... they opened at 1045 and asked to place a carry out order for 11 subs to be picked up at 1200. The lady whom answered the phoneimmediately got all worked up started stuttering and telling me something about I have to call in advance 24 hours to place alarge order. I simply asked if we all walked in now would you make them? I said you have the opportunity to at your leisure make11 extra subs of the next hour and get sales and they refused, might I add rudely. I was very polite during the call but after Ihung up, felt I should leave this review. The Washington Rd location in Martinez GA gladly took my order and was outstanding inservice. Read more

I ordered a n Italian sub. Fully involved. You would think that was quite simple but no. No lettuce. No tomato just ham, salami... and bread. No cheese. I couldn't believe it. Then when I got there other people's food was messed up too. Hope they figure itout there and stop playing so much in the back. Read more
