The staff are not friendly. The fried rice is always very runny/watered down. The tenders are dry and over cooked. Food hurts my... stomach and my husbands. This has happened countless times. When I try to address my concerns I get attitudes from the workersand them ignoring me. They always make you wait and love to gossip a lot, waiting periods are always very long. I waited beforefor 30-45min. Poor staffing and food. They don?t care for customers concerns. Items get forgotten with meals, I?ve had themforget my drinks, my sides, sauces. Why do I keep trying to go here? Every time at lunch time the service is horrible. Why do you not have chicken sandwiches... available at lunch time?! Again, as always, I was told to wait 7 MINUTES. After 10 minutes someone came out and asked me "youhave the chicken sandwich right?" YES. It's as if they want to check if I'm still going to wait for the sandwich. I waited atotal of 15 MINUTES then left, without my meal. NO ONE was waiting ahead of me. Yet people behind me were served whatever theyordered. Again, a chicken sandwich! Not a special order item. First, this restaurant didn?t open until close to 9 a.m when the sign outside says 6 a.m. i ordered my food online and it said... it would be ready by 9:23! I get to the store almost at 10 and I was told that it would be 15 minutes for biscuits. On top ofeverything they had to nerve to have attitudes about it. I didn?t want to wait on the food because it was a long line ahead ofme. This happened over and over again at this location. I was told when I ordered it would be a 10 minute wait on biscuits. I was like okay. It took 45 minutes for me to get my order.... The young lady working the drive through was very rude and just kept saying we are waiting on biscuits. I understand being shortstaffed and getting a rush of people. But I do not understand employees being rude. 45 minutes is way too long to wait for foodat a fast food restaurant. Read more
