The people that work here are incompetent. They do not care and have no pride. I ordered $75 worth of food for delivery and only... received a few items. I'm sure that they probably took it for themselves. This wasn't one or two items that they forgot. This isalso not the first time this has happened. Waited an hour for our Internet order I guess because it got cleared from the make line screen. Manager went down and found it.... Employees were acting very unprofessional throwing cups of water on each other while trying to dispense customers drinks. Read more
I realize it's almost pointless complaining about fast food. This is anything but. I've visited this location twice and both... times it's turned into an hour wait. The first time I was locked into the drive through line as there's no way to leave the lineonce someone pulls behind you. The second time, I waited in the drive through line for about half an hour before an employeecame out and taped a sign over the order box stating that the drive through was closed and you needed to go into the lobby toorder. I'm currently going on 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby right now so over an hour total. This is a typicalmismanagement and understaffing case that so many fast food restaurants are facing nowadays, so I can't blame the generalemployees. But I would definitely recommend staying away from this specific location. Read more
Long line took a while. Woman at the drive through window was very nice. Food wasn't bad. I did get the wrong taco but I'm not... sure if I said it wrong or it was heard wrong. So no marks off for that. Read more
I ordered at the kiosk and spent nearly 15 dollars. They did NOT have a sign or notified me of any limitations to what they hand... in store only until AFTER I paid at the kios. After I made my order the cook notifies me that they don't have Doritos locostacos but they'll make me a regular one which is cheaper but alright. Next when I go to get my order they notify me that theyonly have small cups (I paid for a large) and rather they would give me 2 small cups. At this point in my visit 2 things in myorder that I paid for were not available at this point I'm feeling like I am giving away free money to Taco Bell. After I fillup my drink (Baja Blast) and on my way home the soda tasted like seltzer water absolutely no flavor of Baja Blast. I have tostop by the gas station to purchase an Arizona strawberry kiwi because the drinks from taco bell tasted horrible. After I gethome from having to make an extra trip at the gas station my crispy taco is a mushy soft taco split on the bottom with the samething happening to my chalupa. Mind you I don?t expect much already because it?s a fast food place in port Arthur but I really don?t know how you could lack to... do your job anymore than this girl did tonight, I used to work fast food 3 years and not once did I yell at a customer forsimply asking for a moment to look at the menu?and then she proceeded to ignore me when I was ready to order and thennn says inthe background to someone over the speaker ?I ain?t bein funny? and continues to have an inappropriate tone and manner?honestlyembarrassed for the company. The gal in front of me was assisted by the manager, Mariah. When she was ordering the manager was rude, rushed her and rolled... her eyes. That is absolutely not acceptable. The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because another employee whohelped me was kind, helpful and patient. I don?t know how anyone lasts there while working under a manager like that.
