I love their pizzas but when they get super busy, they don't answer the phone so I have to drive there and wait.
I ordered two large three topping pizzas y phone like I always do yesterday 7.23.22 the total cost was $ 27.37. I asked if they... still had the special for the large large three topping pizza when I arrived to pick up my order. The answer was yes $7.99. Ithen asked why the two I got were so much higher. I was told you have to order on line and I could use the app. My question iswhy are people who order by phone now being forced to pay almost twice as much. It feels like some sort of punishment because Idon't want to put my information on line. Read more
Not sure why domino's don't let you order over the phone for a carry out order you can't get the special unless you order online... what's the difference between going up there and order to carry out or order online same thing Read more
found a piece of grey hair in my pizza when I was about to eat it it was like 3 inches long I had my mom order me a cheese pizza... around 6:15 and it came around 6:38 I fw domino's more than little caesars but this time I'm disgusted cus I could barley tellit was there n I couldve ate it it was a cheese pizza and a sprite a man came and brought it to me this was yesterday and at thetime I thought I was a different dominos because my mom ordered it and I tried to make a complaint but turns out it was thisdominos instead of the other one Read more
I ordered a pizza, some wings, and ordered a side of ranch. I did not receive the ranch, which for some people (like me) is an... essential. I did not want to make a big deal to make it easier on the driver, but the thing that did make me frustrated is whenI called the store to ask for a refund (because I am not paying for something I never received) and was on hold for over 15minutes. I do realize that places are understaffed right now due to COVID and things might slip from an order, but this hashappened plenty of times. This is the WORST dominos?their phones are ?never working?, we can?t seem to get an order right, and then they want to blame us... saying, ?they count the pepperonis?, when I show them the visible difference.
