I tried to place an order at 8:15 the lady who answered the phone said they don't take phone orders after 8 since they close at... 9. Understandable!! I rushed to make it there for 8 :30 to place my order then she have the nerve to tell me they closed at 8really??? But I just called... to lazy to take my order I spend wayyyyy to much money here I'll be taking my business elsewherewhere my money and my business is appreciated!!! Read more

Service was great! Unfortunately my catfish was way over cooked. I couldn?t finish it. Great staff though!

I'm sure the Baytown Seafood is own by different people because the one in Houston tastes different than the one in Groves, TX.... However the one in Lake Jackson tastes about the same if not better than all three locations. Read more

Walked in at 8:10 pm and the kid would not sit us, denied serve. They close at 9pm. When I was in the restaurant business we... never denied serves and we stay until last customer finish their meal. Normally 15 to 30 minutes after closed. No statement intheir business hours, that they stop sitting at a certain time. Read more

Absolutely delicious, I had the whole fried catfish and a side of coleslaw. Both were amazingly delicious. I've driven by this... restaurant for many years but this was the first time I had ever gone inside to eat and I am kicking myself in the butt for nothaving gone in sooner. Although my waitress was newer and had only been working there a few days she made the experience onethat I will always consider a positive one. The only down side I experienced was the straws were too small for the large glassesthey serve beverage's in. The next time I am in the area I will definitely be stopping by for another delicious meal!! Read more

As I walked in to pick up my order there were 3 employees within 5 ft of the door and none of them greeted me or even... acknowledged someone had just walked in the door. I walked to the counter and stood there 4-5 minutes each of the 3 employeeswalked past me several times but still no acknowledgement. One of the employees even walked around the counter and stooddirectly in front of me while looking for something and even hollered over me to another employee but guess what.... still noteven a hello... finally one of the employees asked if I had been helped and went to get my food. When she came back andcompleted the transaction she said "thank you" and gave me my change and walked off and left my food on the counter. Due tosocial distancing there's a table between you and the counter so it was very difficult for me to reach my food because I'mshort. When I got home I noticed they did not give me any gravy with the chicken fried steak (I ordered two) but they gave mecocktail sauce instead... Um NASTY!! Not to mention the chicken fried steak is soaking in grease, the fried okra is hard andeach order had a very small portion of fries. So disappointing. They definitely dropped the ball on this one. Try the crab stuffed salmon meal!!! It is amazing. Nice variety of grilled dishes and fried foods also. Great food and very... affordable. Even thier burgers are huge and great even though its a seafood restaurant ????. I eat here at least twice a weekwhen in town. Read more
