THE best tri-tip, bbq chicken, bbq sauce, and elote corn I've ever had. So many restaurants try this out here but fail.. it's... always just either too salty or the meat is too tough. But Fuego seems to have mastered the recipe! And they're so available...at their convenient location in Grover Beach, and at so many local events. The Bahn Mi is sooooo good! Amazing flavors and such tasty crunchy bread too. We had it with the tuna in place of pork and it... was perfect. The owner is very friendly and accommodating too. Will be back! Read more
I first discovered this place with my friend Jen. She had gone before and she told me that they had an amazing sandwich. I said... what the heck I like trying things new. I couldn't compare any other sandwich to this one sandwich. Banh- mi they call it. Theflavors that mix together are so incredibly complimenting and the pork is just the right amount to make it all come together. Ihighly recommend this place. If you want a great sandwich experience, drop by and give this place a shot. They have an excellent Banh-Mi sandwich, and their... mac and cheese is pretty amazing. Pretty impressed with the Trip -tip sammich! Make n cheese was legit as well. My wife had the chicken sandwich which in itself... was good. They have some outdoor seating and they're a few blocks from the beach to grab and go. Good local eats Read more

The restaurant is spotless clean, the food is wonderful and the owner provided amazing customer service. First, the pork... sandwich with chimichuri sauce is bomb! The portions of the sandwich are very generous. The owner gave my son a giant chocolatechip cookie for being the first time at the restaurant. He gave us a delicious sauce for us to try at home!
