I went through the drive Thru the line was long and moving very slow so I go inside non of them where in the uniform. Maybe if y?all stop playing in there, people?s orders would be correct! I?m tired of this location and will never come back.... There are people playing/ throwing footballs in the dining area and I got charged for a sandwich that isn?t correct! I wouldn?tbe so upset if this didn?t happen multiple times. Read more
Oh my lands, how disgusting! My coworkers and I were planning to grab a bite to eat here on our way home from shopping for our... work?as we have a three hour drive home. However, we went in to use the restroom, wash our hands and order food?and immediatelydecided to LEAVE when went into the bathrooms and were greeted with used tampons, tampon packaging, used toilet paper, toiletpaper, and paper towels on the floor!! It's 7:15am. I know it's early, and nobody wants to work on Monday. Understandable. I ordered a Hot honey chicken sandwich... meal. Medium potatoes, large vanilla frostychino. Ask for the French toast sticks, no meal. On my way home. Potatoes are Cold.Like they've been sitting in a bag waiting for someone. Then check. No sandwich! Just 2- 6pc French toast sticks. Cold aswell. Almost $12 for a quick breakfast whilst driving, and get apparently somebody else's order. Still, nothing was hot. I'm very disappointed with this Wendys. They never ask me if I want my receipt either, but this time they did. I said no, trusting them. I should've taken it. They knew they did me wrong, otherwise they wouldn't have asked about the receipt. Read more
It?s pretty good as long as you don?t go at night. Numerous times I?ve gone there and been told ?our systems are down?, and when... I asked when they would be back up, I was told ?probably not until after close?. I?ve eaten at restaurants thousands of times,and this is the only place I?ve ever heard that at. I?ve never even heard that at another Wendy?s, so it feels like theemployees are just trying to avoid serving extra people, since management has yet to solve the problem. Read more
I ordered 2 honey chicken breakfast combos and a sausage egg n cheese combo. The last order she asked me what drink do I want... told her a small strawberry lemonade. Then I asked don?t the other 2 come with a drink to because if I hadn?t she wasn?t gonnasay anything. So I got all strawberry lemonade and they wore all lemonade so not what I asked for. They didn give me a receipteither. They lady gave me my food n I had to tell her because she was tryna close the window so fast that I?m waiting fordrinks. I don't know if it's incompetence or laziness but this is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. If you enjoy paying for... someone else's order, go for it. Read more
