Service was fast and friendly. However, Canes chicken fingers have shrunken in size. They are about half the size I remember... them being. I would not call them tenders anymore, they are more like a double chicken nugget. I got an overload of fries sothat was nice but there is more chicken in 2 chicken nuggets combined from Wendys then one tender that I received from Canes.Also when did they cut the canes sauce cups down in size as well. I've never had a miss at Cane's. The location closest to me on Hamilton Road in Groveport always has a line that stretches out... onto the road, but the in service is so fast that one need not sit out on Hamilton very long. My family and I always replaceour slaw with an extra piece of Texas toast because we don't care for it, and we never get a complaint. Read more

This was probably one of the worst "pickup order" services I've gotten... Drive through service is pretty good here,... but... (TLDR: Waited 20 minutes for the wrong order...) My order was supposed to be ready a few minutes after I arrived (Okay,I don't mind waiting a bit, I'm early). They get my drinks ready... 5 minutes passes and my order is supposed to be ready. I askabout it, they said they're making it... should be right up.. 2 people come in, order, and leave (okay, 10 minutes after myorder is supposed to be ready...) I get back up to the counter and the manager is passing by, looks down at a bag and asks,"what's this?" To one of the workers.. they look around for whoever ordered it and nobody but me is standing there. They ask mewhat I ordered, they check the contents and say, oh someone ordered the same thing... sorry for your wait. (I'm pretty laidback, but I'm kinda frustrated and starving) I take the bag, get in my car, and leave. Chicken fingers are perfectly breaded and cooked. You get them right away too. The staff greeted me when I walked in. The food... was very tasteful and the sauce was magnificently slamming. I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit. Read more
