The worst dunkin donuts no ice coffee because the machine is broke on the hottest day.. Sounds like an McDonald's thing, so they... made us cappuccino blast and charged us more at the window from $17 big jump to $37 is outstanding thank God in Spring HillFlorida.. they would cover the cost and I asked for a receipt.. There's always a very long line in the drive thru. Plan ahead to add 10-15 minutes for a coffee run. Also, location hours 5am... -9/10pm. Many of the time I show up at 5:20am and the location is close. I would have drive an extra 15 mins to another locationand be late for work. ???????? Put a mobile order in that the guy at the window didn't bother to read. Had to tell him the rest of the order which was fine... initially. The second ice coffee was completely wrong. The wakeup wraps were burned. The cheese on the wraps was completelybrown. Edit 07/09/2022 I would avoid this location as a whole. Went inside this time and was ignored. Two other customers walkedout. There was adequate staffing for the time of day and the service was still atrocious. Read more
This location has been giving us terrible drinks lately or incorrect items all together. This drink was a large iced latte with... an extra shot of espresso. It literally tastes like milk and is so light in color. Where is the coffee?! This hasn?t been thefirst time this has happened. Read more
