It's in a beautiful resort, just down the road from Yosemite. The food was good, we had breakfast, I had the eggs Benedict. The... service was ok. I asked if they could add some grilled onions to the potatoes, and just got a blank stare and solid no. Ourwaiter forgot to my side of bacon, it happens. Maybe he was having a rough morning. The food has been great, everything we ordered in 2 days was delicious. But the service is appalling - 2 waitresses serving the... whole restaurant. Once you go in, you will spend half a day there, 3 hours to get a meal is insane. Even to get water took over30 mins. Read more
Incomprehensibly expense. Prices are high only because of location, not due to quality. $15 for kids meal or ?buffet?. But the... buffet literally consists of warm French fries and chicken nuggets out of the packet. Feels a bit like they know they can chargewhatever they want so they do. Good food close to Yosemite Valley. We stopped here on the way back from firefall viewing, and the food was extremely delicious.... We started with chicken wings and tomato soup. Both were very delicious. The wings are spicy and come with a side of celery. Forthe main course we ordered black bean burger(surprisingly delicious), Philly cheese steak and poke. Except poke the rest camewith a side of fries and the burger also has pickle. We came in extremely hungry and the portion size was so big that we hadleftovers. Read more
Stopped for lunch on the way to Yosemite. Outdoor seating is closed at this time but restaurant was not busy and has high... ceilings. The hostess was doing a nice job of spacing out diners. Nice modern restaurant and clean facility. Ordered the RoastedBeet salad and the Rush Burger with fries. The salad was excellent and very fresh! The burger was a tad greasy...would orderwithout cheese and bacon next time but good flavor. Fries could have been a little crispier for our tastes. Great full bar thatwe did not take advantage of but drinks looked yummy. As others have noted, service is friendly but slow but we noted slownesswas specific to certain wait staff so your experience may vary. Some staff were wearing masks; others not. We stayed at the lodge for five days and ate dinner here each evening. The service was good, the setting is nice. The food is... average, but the prices are high - you?re paying for being a captive audience with no other food options nearby. I wouldn?t mindpaying these prices if the food was better, or having average food and lower prices. Read more
