My friend, my boyfriend, and I were there about 2 weeks ago. My boyfriend saw a black hair in his ice cream, now I would be... willing to suggest it was his hair however it was a long black hair and none of the 3 of us have long dark hair, so he went upand told the girl at the window and all she said was ?okay and? I guess just throw it away? now I?m not sure if she has everworked in the food industry (evidently not) but that?s not how you treat that situation, first of all an apology would have beennice, second of all my boyfriend didn?t want more ice cream because of the hair but an offer for a new cone would have beennice, third offering money back for that cone would have also been nice, so I called the following day and asked to speak to theowner but they weren?t there so I had to leave my number for them to call me and I did that THREE TIMES and never got a callback again it?s been about 2 weeks now.
