We sat for at least 20 mins at the car hop only to be told exactly at 9pm that we had to order at the drive thru because the car... hop was closed. Even though the car next is placed their order not 5 mins before they came onto our intercom! Worst customerservice!!! I got a number one with onion rings and strawberry limeade. My child just wanted a chicken slider. My meal was less than... steller. My hamburger meat looked overcooked, the onion rings as well but also it was overly breaded. My drink was lessflavorful with hardly any strawberries. The chicken in my son's chicken slider was overcooked, looked very greasy ( it seemedlike they had put the chicken in the fryer for longer cuz it might not have been up to temperature) and looked old. It was bad, really bad! Fries were old & cold, cheeseburgers were just as bad. Probably one of the worst lunches we've ever had.... Definitely not what it once was. We will never return, not a single care was given in making that food, absolute trash! Read more

Pulled into the carhop area and pressed the button to wait to order. My button "deactivated" 3x in 20 minutes and no one ever... took my order. Got fed up and decided to try the drive thru line. Waited in line for another 25 minutes before they got to takemy order. They rang up and handed out 2 of my 5 drinks wrong (I ordered all slushies in 1 size and ended up with different sizesof floats?), then shorted me 1 of 3 kids meals and 2 of my meal sides. Spent over $50 to not even have enough food to feed myhusband and 3 kids. This has happened several times over the past few months. So fed up with this location.???? Read more
We had to wait in the drive thru for kind of a long time. But I don't think it was because of the workers. I think the people in... the car ahead of us was the problem . Once it was our turn the workers were friendly and service and the food was good. We hadthe supersonic breakfast burrito . Read more
Slow service. Rude employees. Rude manager. Waited 10 minutes for milk shakes and no one came back to the window. I asked kindly... for a refund and they were rude back.
