I ordered delivery. It arrived more than 30 minutes late. I tried to call the restaurant to check on my order and no one would... pick up. I went to the store to ask about my order and it took more than 5 minutes for a staff member to address me. I asked forthem to refund my order and it took them another 10 minutes to do that. Freaky freaky slow on the delivery order time for drop off was 1130 I called at 1145and the order is still not ready...lol why... ask when we want it delivered. And this is not the first time you guys were freaky late... Rude customer service to play on thephone won't answer it or they will hang up on you.... Bad experience every time. Found out they got new owners through Google. They failed at running tim Hortons. And had to sell.... Now they took over Jimmy John's to ruin the quality even worse in that store Read more
I go to this location pretty regularly, the staff is always friendly and fast. Today I had placed an order to the location near... my work instead of this location and they remade it for me even though it was totally my fault. Read more
The cashier never said anything to me other than to say the total I owed. No "may I help you, what can I get you, or thank you".... This is the first and last time I will visit this location. I do not think it is that difficult to acknowledge appreciation to acustomer for spending their money at your place of business. Read more
Ordered a big John and a slim. I got one sandwich with a piece of roast beef and a pickle.
The team that was there was polite, on point, and straight to business. I respect their professionalism. I would recommend.
