When I visited, it was not busy and I was greeted immediately. I was excited to see a new dairy free option, silk chocolate... almondmilk (previously there was only the lemon sorbet). Thanks for recognizing all us lactose intolerant adults. The store wasclean and filled with the smell of fresh waffle cones being made. The only disappointment was when I ordered strawberries as amix in. Instead of getting a new container out, the server chose to just make do with the very little left in the bottom thecontainer. She was literally scraping the bottom. For the price, I would appreciate a full serving of topping. Read more
Went to this location yesterday and won?t go back. We waited patiently in line just to have one of the employees sigh, roll her... eyes, and complain about our order because of how many she did that day. Our order had to be repeated numerous times. Ourmilkshake was basically nothing but milk. If that wasn?t frustrating enough we provided gift cards for payment. The worker toldus that they didn?t have anything on them so we paid another way. Get into the car and check the balances, they were both full,so clearly she didn?t know what she was doing. My partner & I came in on our first visit to get Ice cream and the gentleman that took my order was very condescending and rude.... I didn?t think he was going to even take my partners order. I am never one to place the race card however he defiantly actedlike we were beneath him and we were a huge inconvenience even though we were the ones in the store. I tried to give the place asecond chance and ordered and paid online. I went in to pick up the online order alone and the same gentleman gave me lots ofattitude and was rude again. Two other customers came in and picked up their personal orders didn?t have to show anything. I tryto pick up my personal order and he demanded to see my order. I tried but I can no longer support a business that allowsemployees to treat customers so poorly. Read more
Love Cold Stone. We went on a Saturday evening over Memorial Day Weekend. We went a little later and they said we just missed... the rush. Staff very friendly and they seemed to enjoy working there and with each other. Ice cream yummy as always. Wish therewere one closer than 45 minutes from our house. Definitely a good value. Read more
We were first time customers ordering an ice cream cake. It was not exactly what was advertised or ordered but the manager... exceded our expectations as far as fixing it. The Cheesecake Named Desire was excellent once our original order was fixed.Definitely will be back. Read more

Walked in to the store and waited in line for about five minutes or so. A man, in which I assume is a manager, walked by and... asked if we needed help. After he walked by us, he went into the bathroom, and didn?t tell his workers that we were waitingthere. He came back out and walked right past us. When the worker finally was ready to take our order they did not say a word tous, he only nodded his head. We did not get a ?Hello? or ?how are you today??. He scooped the first order and put it in the cup,and did not ask if we wanted toppings. When we told him and sighed and goes ?like on top or mixed in??. We settled for on topbecause at that point we were trying to get out. The cups that we got our ice cream in were crushed and even leaked all over us.The worker who served us was overall quiet but came off as rude.
