This is the ONLY Subway in all of New London Country that has not let me down. Staff is ALWAYS friendly (unlike the Colman ST... location in New London - that guy is always unhappy). Sandwiches are always made well (unlike almost every other location). Iam always in and out in a reasonable amount of time (unlike almost every other location). Best of all the management seems tohave a good handle on the self help aspects of their customer service. I can rely on the phone app to make orders, andCommunicate with the store if I have to. I consistently have trouble placing orders with other locations, and on top of thatthe Bridge Street location has a phone number that doesn't work. How am I supposed to contact them about my recent order? Irarely go anywhere else but when I do, there is a problem. Moral of the story? Reward excellence, go to the Groton RT.12Subway instead. They are not the closest to me, but worth the extra few minutes to make sure I don't end up frustrated. Read more
