Just stopped in for a drink after dinner. Very nice wine list. Not your usual labels. Finger foody type menu. Small. Bar seating... but also some overstuffed chairs. Outside seating in warmer weather. Read more

Wonderful first time visit to this charming wine bar. Nice charcuterie and cheese boards and good selection of wines. Nice... ambiance and good, friendly service. Can't wait to return with friends and order by the bottle and not just by the glass. Read more
Attempted to have drinks this evening (5:50): Was asked how large our party was, two was our response, and the waiter/host told... us to ?come back in 20 and try later?. He didn?t take our name, was dismissive and short with us?it?s a bummer; my wife and Ihave been really looking forward to coming here. I have no issue with waiting for a table, but we were embarrassed at the way wewere treated. We will not be trying again. Read more
Cellar 313 is a great place with excellent (obviously wine), cocktails and small bites. Although they mainly tapas, you will not... leave hungry! Service is excellent, and on our first actual visit, (we had gotten the charcuterie board to go and the pork loinfor our anniversary), and it was so elegant for carry out, it was the perfect anniversary dinner, with the limited choices wehad during the stay at home order. On this occasion, we sat and met friends we hadn't seen in 3 months. We felt perfectly safewith our server wearing a mask. Thank you Cellar 313 for more great memories! Read more
