This gem has been here for 40 years and it is amazing. The beef tenderloin medallions were amazing. Perfectly cooked and tender.... The lamb chops were equally as delicious! Great for a date night. Come check it out. Read more

This was our first visit to Grosse Ile in 20 years and had a great dinner at Perdino's which is a locally owned and operated... fine dining restaurant. The owner greeted us and helped to make the visit memorable. Read more

When we arrived, from a distance, a waitress pointed to where we should sit, we then sat for over 10 minutes before being... greeted. We ordered one dozen oysters, $36. They were frozen. We had to ask for menus. We ordered T-bones and Porterhouses to betold they were out. Would have been helpful knowing this in advance before we were ordering. Only choice of steak was the $40strip steak (7pm). We settled for that and it had to be sent back because it wasn't cooked to the right temperature. I orderedVeal Tosca, I received some fried tough veal, zero sauce. How do you serve a tosca without sauce (White wine, lemon and heavywhipping cream, BTW.)! Dry and disappointing. I did not use the restroom, however my husband said he would have preferred to usea porta- john over the disgusting men's room(wonder how they keep up their kitchen?). We came to dine and spend money. Ifeverything is good, we don't mind spending $15 on a martini (in a small martini glass) and $5 on Cokes, $7 beers, $18 for 6oysters, $40 steaks. Everything was wrong with this meal from microwaving steaks to the right temperature, to serving asignature Italian dish without sauce. We did not enjoy our dining experience. We will not be back. Way overpriced for mediocrefood and service! Read more

I hate giving bad reviews as the owner had probably owned this place for a very long time, but the food was bland and boring... like the decor in the restaurant. Granted I have only been here for Easter dinner (yearly) and is is always the same garbagefood. Mix it up a bit, unless oily noodles, instant mashed potatoes and under cooked green beans really draws a crowd. Thisplace needs some serious attention and upkeep. Everything is so dated and falling apart. Makes me wonder what shape the kitchenis in and weather or not it is sanitary back there. The owner wiped his nose with his hand then went straight into cutting meetoff the loin on the buffet. Everyone says the steak is amazing here which I hope it is, but all the little things that make upthe experience need some attention. Read more
