These guys are careless and don?t pay attention. Messed up 3 different items on my order
Horrible service. We waited 5 minutes in line in the middle of the afternoon and an additional 10min for 2 jbc. The customer... ahead of us waited just as long while his FF were on the tray he had to continue to wait for his burgers. There was no one upfront helping the front cashier who was either new or just not cut out for the job. The manager was not managing and onlywatching for the drive thru orders while we waited forever. If you have a choice go somewhere else you should. So much for aquick bite. Read more
I have no idea what the problem was but waiting 15 minutes for one burger and fries is a bit ridiculous on top of that the fries... were cold and I had to send them back. I ordered in restaurant and not the drive-thru. Read more
it was about 10:20 when i arrived at wendys knowing that i had purchased 3 combos 1 strip combo and two chicken burgers i had... asked if they all be made fresh. they handed us the food a few moments later. we asked if it was fresh they had said yes weopened our bags to find fresh fries and strips our burgers on the other hand if anyone works in the fast food industry wouldknow what an old chicken burger smells like coming out the warmer. yeah it was crunchy. like it had been there for hours couldnteven finish my food Read more
Not bad , I took number one from the menu . I am not a fan of Wendy's but usually to to McDonalds The overall experience is... good, the taste of the burger was OK , not superb Fries was good, taste is different from McDonalds and less salt , but sawmany burned small fries I like the sandwich wrap (not cheap paper like Mac) Coffee is not so good, it is different from Maccoffee (Mac addict) so will give it another try and decide later Read more
I'm really not sure why the reviews are so bad, every time we've come here, it's one of the best Wendy's I've ever had. Burgers... are fresh and juicy, better than five guus, fries are fresh, service is great. Soda burns so good, top tier soda fountain. It'sby far the most popular restaurant in this tourist center. Every time I drive to Toronto, I purposely make sure to stop herebecause is that good. I feel bad for the other vendors cuz they're always empty and look so sad while Wendy's usually has themost people (except for this photo lol). I love this Wendy's. Read more
