Onions rings were totally burned. No aceptable sell something like that . I have pictures to show ! This isn?t the first time ,... in the drive thru , they serve something burned o in not good condition. Please respect Custumer heath !!! Plus the customerservice line is connected to fax machine, so u never get the chance to express u concern. Shame Read more
Just had Harvey's, too far to return food. Ordered 2 Buffalo chicken combos, and an Angus combo. The Buffalo chickens were cold... and like cardboard with barely there lettuce and tomatoes on a stale bun, and the fries were like batons. The Angus burger wascold and baton fries again. The drinks, one was totally not what we ordered, we asked for no ice and got 3/4 of the cup full ofice. And to top it all off, it took 30 minutes in drive thru. i feel like the employees don?t want to serve us so they take a terribly long time making the food to try to get us to drive... off. there were 4 employees outside in front of us while we sat and waited without even being acknowledged yet. kinda ridiculous Read more

The place was very neat, had very friendly workers, and the blonde guy talked with me and my friend for a few minutes,... definitely one of the best Harvey experiences I?ve had. Read more

Came in for dinner on July 7th. Ordered beer and wine but weren't told they couldn't be consumed inside the restaurant?until the... supervisor yelled at us from behind the counter. You could tell her staff was mortified; it was also embarrassing for us?acouple in our 40s and 50s?and the young female who served us (who was great). There was also a young male who was overly chattyand annoying, and doing such a terrible job of wrapping burgers that our female server had to redo his work. We ended up eatingour $50+ meal in our car. A terrible experience all-around. Read more

You can drive to the next nearest Harvey's and be back before these guys are ready with your order. They must have only one... frail 80 year old grandmother in a wheelchair with dimentia making the food because holy hell are they slow. You could reach theCRA on the phone quicker than it'll take them to serve one car. Come on, guys Read more
