Burnt onion rings without zesty sauce because apparently that now costs 20¢/tablespoon. Whopper was good. And the drive-thru... hours are incorrect. Pulled in at 7:10 AM and it wasn?t open. Read more

We ordered food for my family and had it delivered. The food was delivered to the wrong apartment, I had to go find it and of... course it was cold. We called door dash to get a refund and because we ordered through the burger king app they told us thatonce the food leaves the store it is out of their control. My family and I will NOT be eatIng at this location any more sincethey clearly don't care if their customers are satisfied. It seems to be all about the money. Read more

The meal price on the menu wasted close to what I was charged and they wouldn't honor their own menu. Onion rings were cold.... Like actually cold. My sandwich was terrible and flavorless even my bun was chewy. The shake was amazing. But that's all I'llever go there for again. If that. Read more

Was a better Burger King in the past. Most of the staff are unfriendly there now and there is no dine in anymore. My last visit... reminds me why I would always used to check my food in the drive-thru before leaving. Having to go through drive-thru twicebecause our order was was an insane mess. The sauce they used for the sandwiches we ordered were coated all over the buns andone of them wasn't what we ordered. Fries are always old here. For some reason, our onion rings were salted to the point theywere inedible. There seasoned before they go into the fryer for a reason, why add extra salt? We didnt recieve napkins for ourhot mess either. Our food bag was haded to us was all crumpled up.The guy who handed us our drinks was confused and stated he"didn't know" when I asked him which drink was which because they weren't labled. Also had to ask for straws. Not to mention wewere their only customer at that given time. After being told to park so they can remake our order correctly. The gentleman whobrought our food out actually gave off an unwelcoming vibe due to him not even responding to my thank you for correcting thefood I purchased with the money i earn just like everyone else. My apolgies for inconvieniencing his day by wanting my food madecorrectly the first time. I was polite the whole time. I understand they don't get paid a lot, but they chose to work their. Iused to work fast food a long time ago at an extremely busy location and my job wasn't honestly that difficult. I know BK itselfhas standards such as napkins with orders, they sandwiches get wrapped a certain way so the order is not a hot mess, also notserve food past the time it was considered to old to serve, and oh yeah, be friendly if you work in customer service. Also ifthe order was wrong the first time, please at least make an attempt to make it right the second time which they didn't. I don?t ever eat here because it is usually very slow and the employees are rude but someone told me the new chicken sandwich... was good. It wasn?t. The sandwich was over cooked and hard to bite off and chew but for as much as it was cooked, it apparentlyhad been cooked awhile ago because it was also cold. The lady taking my order was rude, but the lady that handed me my food wasnice. Burger King in general isn?t great but the Grimes Burger Kjng is the worst. Read more

Rude! Refused to take our orders, shake machine was spread out all over the floor in plain view, management clearly doesn't... care. We will never return to this location, and as our 3rd bad experience in a row; at 3 different locations, we will no longerbe going to any burger king franchise again. I can only hope this franchise goes completely out of business. When asked aboutabout the poor service manager said "I dont give a **** about you, we have a ton of 1 star reviews; we are changing management."+1 star because he still told us to have a good night, I feel bad for him, because it seems to be the franchise's fault not his. Understaffed is an Understatement. Wait times are not "fast food", the soda machine light was blinking and there were so many... fingerprints I felted disgusted when touching it. Very dirty place and stick to the floor also,. Will not be returning anytimesoon. Food was hot for about 5 minutes because the air conditioner was cranked so high it cooled my burger before I couldconsume it! Ending up cold and the fries as well.
