Horrible! Got a four pc thru the drive thru at no later than noon today which at over 14$ is overpriced already and to add... insult to injury....my chicken wasn't even edible!!! Whenever we crave fried chicken, we always prefer KFC over Popeyes. The food is ALWAYS hot and the chicken is NEVER dry. All the... employees look like they enjoy working there. I care about that, I can't eat food that angry people made. Read more

Just went through the drive thru and had the most pleasant experience. Pam was the name on the receipt but the kindness did not... stop at just her. Everyone appeared happy with smiles in everyone. I was asked most all of the basic questions you would expectfor a comfortable trip home without any worries of my order spilling or falling out of the bag which it was neatly placed andvery organized, not just thrown in to get the next vehicle out of the way. Just left there they forgot halve my 42 dollar order had to go back and wait in line very annoying, also saw them laughing in... the window when picking it up. Will not be returning to this location will travel farther for better service Read more
Went in there on 3/19 . Missing chicken and sides. Called in as soon as i got home. They told so sorry we will replace your meal... . Order big box 5 tenders . They probably gave me a 3 piece . Went in today tried to get my meal today , and they tried to give me 2 sides. This has happened before but never complained. Apparently that's all that I was getting. So they can have 2 sides. Have nothing but teens working there who just don't care. Horrible management by the older lady. Will not ever go back hereagain. Place is also so dirty. The worst experience EVER , i called the manager Quentin or Quincy he hung up the phone on me told me that i would have to wait... 2 weeks for 13.02 or come back to the store. I?m in route to work and you expect me to drive back when all you had to do was getmy order correct as it is displayed on the menu.
