Got my order wrong and said they didn't have my flavoured ice coffee drink from Dunkin'!
I had better hopes for this Dunkin Donuts than I should have. They did not get any of my order right and the person at the drive... through proved to be just as incompetent as he sounded. I asked for a creme filled donut, and got a powdered jam; asked for astrawberry iced and got chocolate. And then when I ordered an oreo sundae he said they couldn't make it because they dont havethe toppings... they don't have fudge and oreos? Make it make sense. Read more
If I could rate them a zero, I would. Every time I go there, they are always out of something. Either no base for the smoothies... or out of ice cream! I honestly don?t know why they are still open. Don?t waste your time going here. Read more
4 stars because the Baskin Robbins side was closed and the lobby was filthy. But the staff is amazing, they were so professional
No ice cream, no bananas, no waffle cones, NOTHING!! To top it off 3 employees were eating donuts right behind the counter in... front of the cash register. I have a picture!! The place is filthy and I have reported them to Corporate for Baskin -Robbins. IfI do not hear from them soon, I will report this dip to the state!! ???? Read more
The store was filthy. The 3 young people working just stood and talked to a couple of there friends. 3 families left without... ordering anything. Disrespect and no common sense. They would not be working there any more if we owned that store. Read more
Poor service and bad attitudes from employees. No labels on any ice cream tubs so don't know what anything is and workers are no... help to answer. Cleanliness and hygiene lacking. Floors were sticky and employees touching cones with bare hands without washingfirst, no gloves in sight. Icecream itself was mediocre and had stale old cones. Do not recommend. Read more
Went there an hour before they closed made sure it was enough time so nothing was shut down in the store and the girl there said... baskin robins was closed and all they had was hot coffee and donuts. I work in a dunkin and know that we are not allowed toclose down anything until we are closed come on do better this is crazy Read more
