American Deli is always hit or miss. They have this routine where they half cook the wings & just let them sit in the fryer &... then they re-drop them after u arrive so they'll be hot, but what they fail to realize is that that dries the wings out & makesthem tougher. And then when u ask them to cook them fresh... their boss comes out & rudely insists that it is indeed fresh &will offer to trash it before he'll allow the crew to just simply cook it fresh. 2nd time in 2 weeks service was horrible. I had a call in order and went to pick up 40 minutes after I places it. Waited almost... another 45 minutes. The cashier gave my order to someone else then shuts the box and looks at me. I asked for my money back. Read more
Ordered a Chefs salad and 5 pc wing. The lettuce was not fresh, it was wet and soggy along with the vegetables: onions and... cucumber. The cheese had no taste. The salad was a sloppy watery mess. The wings were over cooked and the texture was notrestaurant quality. Also lemon pepper marinade is not the same as lemon pepper (sprinkles) seasoning. It gives your wing saucea weird flavor and a slimy consistency. The sauce taste nothing like the standard American deli wing sauce recipe! Not Good! Read more

Today makes the second time I've had to return with food due to staff's in competance and putting mayonnaise on our food when we... explicitly said no mayonnaise due to a food allergy.. Teach your staff to read and pay attention before y'all are responsiblefor someone's death!! Read more

We just got home with our food from American Deli. Food is HORRIBLE!!!!!!. We ordered the lemon pepper(drowning in lemon) and... hot chicken wings which are small, overcooked brittle and dry with no signs of actual meat.. Totally inedible and disgusting. Supposedly the manager isn?t there to remedy the situation so consider yourself WARNED. Not even worth the 1 star. Read more
