First off I was waiting in line for about ten minutes just to get handed cold food. I come back in for a refund and the lady in... drive thru tells me to wait for the lady in the back to do a refund. I overhear her in the back saying she wasn?t the one whomade my food but I clearly seen her making my food, then lies about not doing it. I wasn?t rude I just simply asked for arefund and got nothing but attitude and disrespect back. Poor customer service no apology whatsoever.
