Shout out to whatever poor girl was left alone. No reason one person should be running a shop by herself on a Friday during the... day rush. Had to wait half an hour. Severely disappointed. The girl was grinding by herself so I gave an extra star just forher. But this is ridiculous, fix it. No one needs to wait 30 minutes for juice. Read more
Just waited for 24 minutes for three smoothies. There was one car ahead of us. The gal didn't apologize for the wait, then... handed us smoothies that were the wrong size and without straws. Love juice stop but this was a rough experience. Read more
The girl working refused to substitute chocolate for chocolate protein or to remove the choclate all together. I offered to pay... extra she made it clear that she felt she could not remove the chocolate syrup. Other juice stops have done this withoutquestion, will not return. Read more

Long read, not a good sign. We ordered 2 dark slides, I went up and grabbed a cup she set out because I thought it was ours. She... said "You didn't pay for that, that's hers!" I say sorry immediately and give the lady her drink. She then proceeds to callsomeone. (the manager?) She's on the phone while there's 4 people waiting for their smoothies and proceeds to say I STOLE awoman's smoothie. She calls us up to the counter and goes through the receipts looking for ours. We get 1 dark slide. SHE THENCONTINUES TO SERVE THE PEOPLE WHO WALKED INTO THE STORE 5 KINUTES AFTER US. I've been waiting 25+ minutes since the incident,multiple people have been served before this. I've been here for 45 minutes total now. Unbelievable, you think they would havesome common courtesy and respect for customers. I am very dissapointed in this facility. We ask her the ETA on the other darkslide. She says she made them already and someone took it. She offers to make another one. I finally have my drink after 50minutes. Read more
