I drive for uber and this place located at 91 westbank expwy st 114 is a disaster to pick up for. Ive had issues picking it up... because the resturaunt was close and wasted all my time driving around looking for this place. Also the people working there arenot kind or helpful. Do not order from this place, ever. Unfortunately I didn?t read the multitude of one star reviews until after I ordered via uber... eats. I ordered at around 7pm and around 830pm the courier arrived to pick up the food. The restaurant told the courier itwould be about 15 minutes for them to prepare the order, an order that was in for an hour and a half already. 45 minutes laterat 915pm (they close at 9pm) the food still wasn?t ready, so I requested uber support to cancel the order. I tried calling theplace multiple times before cancelling, but no one picked up. I feel terrible the driver had to wait that time for nothing.Don?t waste your time or the drivers? time with this place. Read more
Long story short, don?t make the unfortunate mistake to order to go or curbside. I placed an order to be picked up at 2,... however, had difficulty finding the place because it is inside of Dickeys BBQ and has no signage, or mention of being in Dickeyson their website. I tried calling the business 3 times and received no answer. When I finally found Wing Boss, I walked insideof Dickeys, where I initially found no employees. Once I finally saw an employee and inquired about my order, she found thereceipt of it on the counter, it hadn?t even been started and it was now 2:10pm, 10 minutes after the order was supposed to beready. About 20 minutes later I finally got my order, of course missing an item so I had to go back inside to retrieve. Theonly saving grace was that my wings were half decent. Door dash order. The wings were undercooked. Rubbery, floppy, greasy (and yet with grill marks, I don?t understand), chewy - I... have been up since 1AM dealing with an upset stomach and I only ate 5 of the 30 before giving up. Even the dry-rub wings wereslimy. Ranch dressings were ordered but none included. The two stars are for the fries, which were at least correct. Willnever order from Wing Boss again. Have never eaten at Dicky?s but, given the quality of the wings, I will probably stay awayfrom them as well. Read more
I ordered from Uber eats. The delivery was great but the food a mess! The fries were stuck together and hard. I literally... couldn?t eat them. Lemonade watered down and the boneless wings were not good at all. Visiting here in NOLA I?ve had some goodfood. Wing boss didn?t make the cut. Read more
