We have been to this Wendy?s three times since the strawberry frost has come out. Each time they say they don?t have it. So... today we ask why?she says we only have one machine. Inside closed, no signs. Drive through backed up 6 cars not moving. If you can't operate, shut it down.
I drove home after getting my order, didnt realize i never got my card back.. until i get a text from CHASE fraud alerting me... somebody tried to use my card to get a new phone off of a website with it.. never come here unless you order online- for yourown livelihoods!! Read more
Long line at drive thru, cashier seemed to be confused about how to take an order. After 15 minutes finally got to the window... and paid for the order, and they still was fussing which order goes where. I then asked for my money back, in which the managerdid quickly but a short and rude little butch comes from the back and started to curse because I canceled my order. I will notbe dealing with that location anymore and little Miss butch needs an attitude adjustment! Read more
not sure what is so hard about getting an order absolutely correct...especially since I waited 30 minutes..... and that was for... the "diet drinks" I didn't order. I heard. "oh that's him, not me" when I mentioned the guy wiping his nose and said that Ihoped he wasn't serving my food, I got "I know right? " can we get actual employees here. the ONLY saving grace was the onelady who actually prepared my drinks. by the time I got those drinks, I had been in line about a half hour or more and went homewith cold food. I remember back when Wendy's food was good. But this restaurant sucks and it should be shut down. Someone needs to do a quality... control inspection . I don't know what happened to this restaurant I decided to quit going to this Wendy's about 5 years agobecause the food was so badly prepared. I don't go to fast food restaurants expecting a great experience, but was still disappointed. The only positive is that the... employees were friendly, however this location needs better management. During non peak hours, my order took 11 minutes to comeout. A large amount of drink selections in the coke machine were unavailable while others were flat. Tables were empty, but notsufficiently cleaned. Better management could improve all issues. Read more
Quite possibly the worst fast food service. You would think after years of 1 star reviews and complaints something would happen.... Lady was nice. They just don?t care to make/restock things so they say they don?t have it. Read more
