Regarding Saffron Nola Catering ... I was the meeting planner for an event at the Ellis Marsalis Center for Music, New Orleans. ... The food was good, however, the amount of food delivered was abysmally small! We ordered a buffet dinner for 35 guests and ranout of food before half of the guests went through the buffet line! There were no back-up trays of food ... none! The catererdid have additional food delivered, but it was received one hour later and at that point, it was too late. It was embarrassingfor me as the planner! I would not recommend Saffron Nola as a buffet caterer. Read more
