This popeyes closes at 11 pm. I was at the drive thru at 10:15 they would not even speak, I pulled into a parking spot and let... the next car go and they gave them food.This is why we have to pay more for everything because of the workers you are hiringgiving bags of food to family and friends for free and don't take the orders of paying customers.If you own this store go orsend family members at 10PM and try to order and observe what's going on. Had an issue. GM named Kendra. She told me to call them at a later time to solve issue because she was busy and to be fair, she... was. Have been calling for weeks now and the phone stays on busy. Called 5 other Popeyes in a 30 mile radius and none of thempick up also. Popeyes is robbing humans and even the general managers not picking up. If you order online the stores in the citywill rob you and you will never talk to someone about it. Please avoid all the stores and protect yourself until this is workedout and everyone safe. The city phone number is busy. YOU WILL GET ROBBED. AVOID ALL THE POPEYES ON THE WESTBANK AND IN THEEAST. PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN FOR VOODOO FEST AND LIFE IN GENERAL. Horrible customer service.... the lady at the drive-thru with glasses short hair and messed up teeth is so unattractively... rude...your order is not repeated once placed, they stop you before you get to the window to stop they wait time and themid-age cashier with glasses short hair and messed up teeth, was so rude.... Typical popeyes with a slow drive through. Service is sub optimal and price is a little high. Normally fast food is decently,... That may not necessarily be the case here. I still like the red beans and its usually the better then most places. Any c+could be better with better and faster service Read more
The employees are very rude. They give you cold food, tea without any ice and the just tend to always mess up orders!!!
